I think that there is always something to do, even in the drakest moment a light will appear somewhere for all of us so don´t give up, sometimes it seems that the answers to the problems we have are not coming, think that they are and they will come, think that you can get over it because is true, thrust in you and you will see that even with little steps you will change things for better.
